Conveyor Design Issues to be considered

need to be considered: whether oil or chemicals, the maximum temperature of hot material, flame retardant demand;

⑦ Drum Diameter: Roller diameter material handling conveyor according to the actual requirements necessary to determine;
⑧ tensioning device: type, location, and tensioning stroke;
⑨ roller: Type, roller diameter, groove angle; idler spacing, including the head and tail length of the transition period;
⑩ feeding device Type: chute number; blocks expect free fall height of the conveyor; guide trough length; buffer roller or buffer frame without shock; feeding the angle between

the belt;
⑾ in cold climates, the expected minimum working temperature;
⑿ used conveyor Connector Type: vulcanized joints or mechanical joints;
⒀ adopted Belt Cleaner Type: vulcanized or mechanical type.
